12/8 – Rob’s “Warming Trend” Tuesday Afternoon Forecast

Cool and dry through Wednesday when things will begin to transition as the overall pattern modifies with high-pressure over the central CONUS sliding east and begins to modify. This will cause a weakening wind pattern and eventually shift around to an onshore flow bringing moisture levels back up ahead of the next system.

The next system will arrive just in time for the weekend. With high off to the east, moisture returns ahead of the next system will bring above normal temperatures. The approaching system will bring clouds and rainfall to the area Saturday into Sunday before departing off to the NE.
