12/17 – Rob Knight’s Final workweek of Autumn Forecast
The forecast will be fairly consistent through mid-week when the next front will move into the region and affect the area. Rain-free conditions will continue through Tuesday with showers and isolated thunderstorms to spread across the area Wednesday as the initial trough and surface low moves through area.
Expect showers to wrap around the west side of the low – with Thursday’s forecast to be cloudy, breezy to windy, along with scattered showers, with temps on the cool side ranging from the upper 40s to lower 50s. Friday and Saturday conditions should improve as low over the eastern U.S. move northeast and zonal westerly mid-level flow dominates region allowing skies to clear and temperatures moderate.
