12/04 Ryan’s “Drier” Friday Night Forecast

Pretty wet last night as a stronger than expected line of thunderstorms moved through, but drier days lie ahead. Those conditions are moving in as early as tonight actually, so expect a chilly low near 39. Our cooling trend continues into tomorrow afternoon as well, high now down to 60 under sunny skies. With the exception of Sunday, this pattern holds for the rest of the week.

The high will linger near the seasonal average of 60 degrees during the day and just below the average of 45 for our overnight lows.

The issue with Sunday is a weak front is moving in from the north at the same time a broad low is passing to the south of us in the Gulf. The upper level pattern will blow the tops of these showers and storms overhead, possibly bringing a few light showers along for the ride. Once that weak front forces this moisture eastward, clear, sunny skies move in and linger until next weekend.
