11/26 – Payton’s Monday Afternoon Forecast

After clouds this morning, we continue to clear out. Temperatures will max out in the mid 50s today. Tonight into Tuesday morning will be the coldest with temperatures in the lower to mid 30s Tuesday morning. We have a freeze warning for the coastal counties. Remember your pets, people, plants and pipes. Greatest concern is to plants. Pipes should be okay tonight. This will be the case Wednesday morning as well. By Thursday moisture returns and temperatures start to climb into the 70s. There could be one or two showers Thursday and Friday. By Saturday models want to bring a strong system through the region, which could mean a stormy weekend. Right now it’s too early to go into details or know for sure what happens. Stay tuned as we fine tune the forecast this week.
