11/15 Ryan’s “Sun Returns” Thursday Night Forecast
After what felt like weeks without it, the sun has finally returned to the Gulf Coast. The cooler and drier airmass moved in and cleared our skies for the day, and the good news is those beautiful days just keep coming. This afternoon warmed a bit, a trend which will continue into next week but we’ll still see a few more chilly nights in the short-term.
TONIGHT’S LOW WILL FALL TO 35 UNDER CLEAR SKIES, BUT INLAND AREAS WILL STILL FLIRT WITH OR DROP BELOW FREEZING FOR A FEW HOURS.
So there is no Freeze Warning like there was yesterday, but you may still want an extra blanket on the bed. Expect the skies to remain sunny into next week and our warming trend will bring temperatures back up to the upper 60s/low 70s by the start of the next workweek. At this point we’ll begin to see light cloud cover moving in, but I’m not expecting a chance of rain until Thanksgiving Thursday and even then it’s rather low.
