10/21 Ryan’s “Downright Chilly” Sunday Night Forecast

Well guys, you asked for more Fall weather and now tonight will be downright chilly. Cooler air continues to filter in, and lows tonight will fall into the low 50s on the waterfront, upper 40s inland.

Tomorrow afternoon will be mild and drier as well, but we’ll begin seeing higher humidity and increasing cloud cover by the end of the day.

This will be due to a frontal boundary moving in that will bring along a decent chance of rain, but I don’t expect any really significant rainfall until closer to the end of the week when another front moves through. The second front will be boosted by the remains of Major Hurricane Willa currently in the Pacific, so heavy rainfall and thunderstorms are much more likely. After this second round of active weather we’ll see more Fall weather move in and afternoon highs will be back into the low 70s under sunny skies by next Sunday.
