09/25 Ryan’s “Clear Sky” Friday Night Forecast

Finally got to see some clear skies today in South MS, and next week is looking mighty sunny! The weekend will still be a bit on the “summery” side though. Expect mostly clear skies with a low near 66 tonight. Tomorrow will be mostly sunny, but there will at least be a few clouds, with a slightly warmer high near 83. Winds will initially be calm, but will shift southerly in the afternoon.

That means the temperature and humidity will still climb through the weekend ahead of a Monday/Tuesday cold front.

This front’s speed varies, so it could be as late as Tuesday morning but will likely be Monday night. This front will bring some rain and the potential for thunderstorms, but doesn’t appear to be too much or very significant. Afterwards, expect rapid cooling and clearing, leading to some much more fall-like weather. In fact, expect highs in the mid 70s with lows in the mid 50s through the middle of the week.
