09/14 Ryan’s “Drying Soon” Friday Evening Forecast

We’re just now starting to see the thunderstorms we expected moving into the area, but it’ll be dryer soon as high pressure builds in for the weekend. These storms should be all but over in the next hour or so, which will be perfect timing to get a little cooler start to tonight’s Biloxi Shucker playoff game. (Go Shuckers!) The next several days will be very similar.

I’m expecting mostly sunny skies throughout with initially warmer temperatures for the weekend in the mid 90s giving way to more “typical” temperatures in the low 90s and upper 80s through next week.

Rain chances start in the 10-20% range for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, but climb back into the “summertime average” range of 30-40% by Tuesday.  Overall it’s looking like a hot and moderately humid few days ahead with plenty of sun and very little rain, and only slight increases in clouds cover and showers through next week.
