09/05 Ryan’s “Dog Days” Thursday Night Forecast

We are in the dog days of summer as temperatures rise as close to 100 as they’ve been this year. Thankfully the humidity remains relatively low, but that will change over the weekend.

MOISTURE WILL BEGIN TO CREEP BACK INTO THE ATMOSPHERE BY SUNDAY, INCREASING RAIN CHANCES TO “JUST POSSIBLE.”

It’ll be muggy either way, so it would be nice to see a few cooling showers out there. The temperature will begin to fall slightly around this time, but the heat index won’t change much since the humidity will rise as well. Still, expect almost nothing but sunshine and blue skies well into next week. By next Wednesday highs will have fallen into the low 90s again, light cloud cover moves in, and we’ll also see the return of our cooling afternoon showers.
