07/27 Ryan “Sunny and Drier” Friday Evening Forecast

We’ll have one more sunny and drier day before we start seeing significant rain moving in. Tomorrow will be slightly more humid than today was, and with a little more cloud cover, but the rain will largely stay away. That changes by Sunday as a frontal system moves into the area.

This system will slowly continue sliding in, but will still be north of us by Monday.

As this boundary stalls over the area, another impulse is quickly approaching and will keep rain in South MS for much of the week.

By Thursday though things will begin to dry out.

The rain chances drop slightly and the clouds break up, but even then we’ll have a 40% chance of afternoon showers. By Friday it looks like that’s dropped to 30%, but the cloud cover and humidity largely remains.
