06/03 Ryan’s “Warm” Wednesday Night Forecast
We started off with wet conditions as showers and thunderstorms moved about South MS, but now it’s just another warm night. The rain around sunrise, and was all but done by lunchtime. Skies continue to clear as we head through the night, but expect a few clouds to linger with a low near 70.
DON’T GET TOO EXCITED THOUGH, GREY SKIES AND AFTERNOON SHOWERS COME RIGHT BACK TOMORROW.
Expect another round of afternoon activity (40%) with partly sunny skies and a high near 85. The only significant change for the rest of the week is the rain chances diminish some by Friday. The weekend is a distant story.
TROPICAL STORM CHRISTOBAL WILL VERY LIKELY BE IN THE NORTHERN GULF BY SUNDAY NIGHT, AND COULD POTENTIALLY BE A HURRICANE.
That means, depending on its final path, we’ll either be getting weak outer bands or a tropical system land-falling nearby Sunday night/Monday morning. There is still a lot of uncertainty with respect to this system, so stay tuned. Regardless, we’ll start of next week with gradually clearing skies, highs in the 90s, and oppressive humidity.
