05/18 Ryan’s “Cloudy” Tuesday Night Forecast
More cloudy skies are on the way through the night and tomorrow, but sunny weather isn’t far away. That means more clouds, but not much rain as we head through another warm, humid night. Expect a low near 71 degrees, with a 20% chance of a spotty shower through the night. That chance doubles to 40% tomorrow afternoon, with a warmer high near 80 degrees and more muggy, grey weather. That will be the end of it for the week though.
Drier air will begin to make its way in by Thursday, breaking up the clouds and drying up the rain.
By Friday even the clouds dry up, which will last through the weekend and into next week. Biggest issue with this week’s forecast is it isn’t going to cool very much. Really only our nights will, which is more an indication of the falling humidity than anything else, but even that will be subtle.
Overnight lows only fall a few degrees, and get back into the low 70s by next Monday.
That means days are warming rapidly as the humidity rises, so expect some ~95 degree heat indices by the start of next week.
