04/09 Ryan’s “Warm-ish” Sunday Night Forecast

After a mild, nearly perfect weekend we’re starting to see “warm-ish” temperatures returning after so many cooler & drier days in a row. Tonight’s low will fall to 60 on the waterfront, though inland areas will be slightly cooler. Tomorrow’s high will warm by a few degrees as well, but will still stay just South of 80 on the coast. Expect the temperature and humidity to continue trending gradually upwards, maxing out at 82 degrees on Thursday, before beginning to slide back into the upper 70s by the beginning of next week.

The only exception to this pattern will be Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Last week, it seemed that a weak front would move through bringing a small chance of showers. Now, it’s more likely that this front will lift northward altogether, missing South MS with the cold front and eventually dragging a warm front North of us as well. This means I’m only expecting a small increase in cloud cover Tuesday & Wednesday, but any showers will be light & few and far between.
