04/09 Ryan’s “Improving” Tuesday Evening Forecast

Weather conditions in South MS are rapidly improving as a low pressure system moves away! Expect to see much clearer skies and plenty of sunshine through the middle of the week, but clouds move in again soon after.

I don’t expect any significant cloud cover until the latter half of Friday, when the leading edge of a front arrives.

This front begins to break down and stall out as it moves in, so some showers could be heavy but thunderstorms will be harder to come by. It also means that this boundary will linger, becoming stationary before pulling another system through Sunday morning.

All of this means cloud cover and showers will continue through the weekend, but will begin to clear quickly through Sunday and into Monday.

We may be looking at another rainy weekend, but we start off next week with sunshine and blue skies.
