02/25 Ryan’s “Foggy” Thursday Night Forecast

Last night was more on the foggy side than expected, and we’ll see even more of that trend tonight. Dense Fog advisories have now been issued for all South MS counties except for Pearl River, but make no mistake they’ll be foggy as well.

Expect increasing clouds through the night, with Dense Fog forming early in the night and lasting into the late morning tomorrow with a low near 60.

Tomorrow afternoon will remain similar to today, but will see less sun with a high near 75 and cloudy skies. The fog will remain just off the coastline, and will move back in for the next several nights in a row. In fact, don’t expect a significant change in the pattern until Monday, when a weak front will finally come close enough to bring some cooler, drier air. That doesn’t mean it’ll clear though, as our cloudy skies and scattered showers persist for a few more days, only tapering off by next Wednesday.
