The stage is set for Grammy Award winning rapper Lil Wayne to perform at Kress Live in Biloxi this weekend.
Foreman blamed the incident on Kress Live for not having enough security during the show.
The show came to an abrupt halt after Foreman struck a female on stage while an audience member caught it all on camera.
