Suspect wanted in Jackson County arson case
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a man accused of arson.
Randolph Phillips is the suspect. The fire happened in the Latimer community on December 12th.
Phillip’s current location is unknown and he’s considered homeless.
He drives a gold Ford F-150 with a Mississippi tag reading JG58241.
