Salvation Army shelter in need of donations

The Salvation Army cold weather shelter in Gulfport has opened its doors to the public once again because of the low temperatures.
This time they say they need your help. News 25 reached out to the shelter who says they are in need of community donations. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are amongst the items needed most.
The Salvation Army is also very dependent on volunteer work. If you or anyone you know wants to lend a hand or help with donations please call 228-207-2303.
