Ryan’s Friday Night Forecast
It’s been kind of easy being a meteorologist in South Mississippi over the last few days, but changes are on the horizon and the Friday night forecast has the most recent information. Expect another chilly night tonight, but it will be a few degrees warmer than we saw last night, near 54. We’ll have another sunny, beautiful day on the Gulf Coast tomorrow (Saturday) with a slight increase in humidity and a high near 82. The warming trend continues into the evening with temperatures reaching the low 60s as we head into Mother’s Day. Speaking of that, don’t forget your Mom or I’m sure you’ll hear about it…forever. The weather for Sunday looks fantastic! Temperatures will top out near 83 and clouds will slowly move in during the day and thicken drastically in the overnight hours as we head into Monday. We’ll have a slight chance of rain to start off the work week, just 20% for Monday and 30% for Tuesday, and the cloud cover will stick around until the weekend. Next week’s temperatures will remain in the low 80s, but the humidity will return to normal, making it feel even warmer.
