SHRS retirees given go-ahead in pension lawsuits

Circuit Court Judge Forest Johnson cleared the way for retirees to head to court over the Singing River pension plan. The lawsuits began when Singing River Hospital announced in 2014 that the pension plan was underfunded by over $55 million.
