The Pearl River County Coroner’s Office has released the cause of death for the three-year-old girl murdered in Picayune earlier this week. According to the coroner’s office, Aurora Enfinger died of significant blunt force trauma to the head and abdomen. She also had a lacerated liver. A woman has been arrested and charged in the murder of a three-year-old girl in Picayune. On March 18th, Picayune Police officers were dispatched to Crestwood Drive in reference to a deceased three-year-old, identified as Aurora Enfinger.
