Today, the Supreme Court, in a five to four split, reversing lower-court rulings which tabled president trump’s policy as cases moved through the courts.
While also declining to take up any cases about the ban. Instead, the justices decided to let those cases move through the lower courts.
President Trump wants to ban transgender people from the military unless they serve “in their biological gender”.

Gender transition while serving in the military would also be prohibited.
