Pascagoula Organizations Partnering to Collect Donations for the Believe Children’s Christmas Assistance Program

The Pascagoula Police Department, Pascagoula Main Street, and the Ingalls Shipbuilding Test and Trials Division have joined forces to collect toys to support the Believe Children’s Christmas Assistance Program Toy Drive.

The Believe Toy Drive is a grassroots campaign which will serve children and families in Jackson County. The organization has set a goal of giving three toys to each registered child.

"We chose to support this organization so that we can do our part in making sure all children in Jackson County will have something under the tree on Christmas morning," said Lieutenant Doug Adams, Public Affairs Officer for the Pascagoula Police Department.

Those who are interested in donating may drop off their toys at the Pascagoula Police Department or the Pascagoula Main Street Office in Cottage A at Anchor Square until December 16th. The toy distribution will take place at the Jackson County Fairgrounds the third week of December.
