Ocean Springs Carnival Night Parade

The Ocean Springs Night Parade begins tonight at 7 p.m. The parade begins at the Ocean Springs Yacht Club and rolls to Porter Avenue and Washington Avenue then to Government Street. The parade will end at Ocean Springs Upper Elementary School.
