No leads in Harrison County officer shooting

It’s been a week since a Harrison County deputy was shot and the case remains unsolved.
In an effort to bring transparency to the investigation, Sheriff Troy Peterson says multiple agencies, including the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the Biloxi Police Department crime scene unit, are now assisting with the manhunt.
Authorities say the deputy was sitting in his cruiser near the intersection of Highway 67 and Highway 605 when the suspect shot the deputy in the chest. The suspect is described as being around 6 feet tall, weighing around 260 to 280 pounds. The deputy says he was driving an older model Ford F-150.He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and grey garden gloves and had a dark mustache.
