Man locates lost keys, takes vehicle

Biloxi police need help identifying a man who they say stole a woman’s car keys and then took her vehicle for a ride.
According to authorities, a woman reported losing her keys inside of the IP Casino. Surveillance video shows the suspect locating her keys and finding her car in the parking garage then taking off in her 2010 silver Honda Accord.
