Live Art Demonstrations Scheduled at Arts on the Avenue During Zonta

Arts on the Avenue will host two live art demonstrations during the 37th Annual Zonta Festival on October 4th. The demonstrations will take place at various time throughout the festival, which will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Featured artists include Lindy Temple, who is the artist and designer of Bella Bouton, a line of original, hand crafted jewelry made from antique buttons. She will be on-site to create your own custom-made rings, hair pins, or earrings. Karen Blakeney will also be onsite to demonstrate how she creates her original hammered copper jewelry. You will find her in front of the Gallery at her anvil hammering cast-off pieces of copper into beautiful bracelets and earrings. There is no fee to attend the demonstrations.

Arts on the Avenue will also be open from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. on October 5th for Bachtoberfest and the ‘Goula Cruise.
