Krewe of Little Rascals parading in Pascagoula this Saturday

Main Street Pascagoula is getting ready for the Krewe of Little Rascals to parade through the streets on Saturday.

This year, a fourth-grade king and queen will be crowned from each Pascagoula Elementary School including Arlington, Beach, Central, Cherokee, Eastlawn, Jackson, Lake, and Resurrection Catholic.

The Little Rascals can walk in the parade or decorate wagons, golf carts, bikes, and scooters.

Awards will also be given out so put on your best Mardi Gras costume. Main Street Pascagoula Associate Director Susannah Northrop said, “We just have so much positive feedback from this event. We love to see the kids just go all out decorating their parent’s golf carts, their big wheels, scooters, everything like that. So, we just love this annual event every year.”

If you would like to sign up, it’s not too late. You can go to mainstreetpascagoula.com or come the day of. Line up starts at noon at the green space on Magnolia Street and Delmas Avenue. The parade starts at 1 p.m.
