House fire in Harrison County

Shortly after three this afternoon another fire broke out in Harrison County on Northrop Cuevas Road.
Firefighters responded to the scene after the homeowner rushed his family out of the house. The fire began in the dining room of the home and multiple fire units were able to contain the fire before spreading throughout the rest of the home.
Homeowner Alton Smith said, “We come out. We see smoke running from the house. We see flames. I run to the water hose to spray it out. The water hose was frozen. I called 911 and here we are.”
