Gulfport High School Class of 2021 graduates at the Coast Coliseum

Pulling their tassels to the other side, over 370 Gulfport High School seniors walked across the stage Wednesday night.

Almost filling the Coast Coliseum, family and friends gathered to congratulate the class of 2021. Matching t-shirts, balloons, big head cut outs, and posters applauded the hard work and major mile stone of the graduating class.

Representing school colors orange and blue, students wave into the crowd as they embrace the memorable night. Graduate Connie Wade said, “Definitely means a lot. It’s so much bigger than me. I feel like I’m not only walking for myself, but for people who didn’t get the opportunity to and my heart goes out to those people who weren’t able to. We see you and we’re proud of you and we love you from the class of 2021 to class of 2020.”

At Gulfport High, teachers and staff went the extra mile to make senior year one to remember while also keeping everyone safe.
