Flooding on O’Neal Road in Gulfport

Afternoon storms cause flooding across the Coast. One neighborhood in Gulfport rushed to keep their cars and homes from flood waters.
Here’s a look at flooding at the O’Neal Road Apartments. The water was rising into some homes and others were driving their trucks and cars to higher ground.
Residents say their homes have not flooded this high since last April’s downpour.
Rain was even making it difficult for drivers on O’Neal Road. Both west and east bound traffic had to slow down for flood waters pouring from the apartment complex area onto the roadway.
