Domestic violence-aggravated assault charge

A D’Iberville woman who walked in on her fiancé with another woman is facing aggravated assault charges after police say she struck the victim in the head with a golf club.
According to Captain Marty Griffin, officers responded to Merit Health in Biloxi Sunday night after an assault victim came in for treatment. They discovered 68-year-old Dora Cook was involved in a physical altercation with the victim inside Cook’s fiancé’s home. The victim was treated and released.
