Crunch Fitness goes pink

Crunch Fitness in Long Beach is going pink!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and with the month coming to a close, the gym is making sure there is still an opportunity to make some last minute donations to ‘Making Strides against Breast Cancer.”

Today, you can join ride and Zumba instructors as they put the pedal to the metal and beats in your feet from 5 to 8 p.m.

All participants are encouraged to donate during the event and every $5 donation will earn each participant five free raffle entries for some amazing prizes at the end of the night. Mike Godsell with Crunch Fitness said, “We have tons of business and vendors set up. They are going to be doing lots of discounts, giveaways, and their own raffles as well. It’s open to all members and all guests so they come in and enjoy the club, try a class. We are raising funds for the Making Strides against Breast Cancer and the American Cancer Society.”
