Congressman Palazzo speaks on the Coast

This morning, newly re-elected Congressman Steven Palazzo stopped in Gulfport to speak to residents about the efforts going on in Congress.

This re-election will mark Palazzo’s fifth term in the U.S. House of Representatives. He tells News 25 as he heads into another year representing the fourth district he has some important issues he will continue to push while in Washington.

One of those important issues is the push for good funding for our military. “Continuing to make sure our military is well-funded. We are a military community up and down the Gulf Coast and we got a billion dollar defense industry and that billion dollar industry is extremely important to everybody’s quality of life here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and that is my number one priority.”
