Big Red Night at Harrison Central High

Hundreds came out to the football stadium at Harrison Central High School tonight to raise awareness and money for breast cancer.
This is the seventh annual Big Red Night that Harrison Central has hosted and the hope is to raise $7,000 for the memorial foundation. It’s all a part of Think Pink Week that the school hosts each year. Student Erin Geist says they have always had great success with this event.
This is just one of many fundraisers the school holds each year and they hope this year will be just as rewarding as the last. “I’m just here to really support people and I’m just blessed to have the opportunity to come and raise money for breast cancer, for the survivors and just to support the families of people who haven’t survived,” said Geist.
The event had fun activities for people of all ages.
