Armed robbery suspects in court

The two suspects in Saturday’s armed robbery of Dino’s Gifts in St. Martin made their initial appearance in court this morning.
Authorities say 23-year-old Erin Elizabeth Diaz stabbed the owner of Dino’s Gift Shop, who happens to be her ex-husband, in the arm when he tried to stop her from taking money from the register. She then ran out of the store and hopped into a maroon Dodge Magnum driven by 33-year-old Clinton Buchanan.
After being at large for two days, the two were arrested by U.S. Marshals Monday after they were found hiding in the woods in Gulfport.
A judge set bond at $15,000 each for Diaz and Buchanan.
