Argument Leads to Gunfire in Moss Point
An argument between two men at a Moss Point convenience store leaves one man hospitalized with gunshot wounds.
The argument took place in front of the Moss Point Express on Main Street just before 1 o’clock this afternoon.
According to police, the owner of the Moss Point Express got into a heated argument with a man on a bike who allegedly stole items out of the convenience store. The argument escalated to a physical altercation which then led to the owner pulling out a gun and shooting the other male.
The man on the bike was rushed to a nearby hospital. His condition is still unknown.
According to Moss Point Police Chief Art McClung, no one involved in the altercation was arrested or charged with anything.
The investigation is still ongoing.
