Aggravated Domestic Assault Arrest

Gulfport police have arrested Merlin Williams after officials say he stabbed his ex-girlfriend several times.
Officials say that the victim was involved in an argument with Williams. During the argument, Williams pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times. Afterwards, Williams fled on foot.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Williams was arrested later that evening on charges of aggravated domestic assault. Williams is being held on a $100,000 bond.
