Additional Charges In Double Murder

The man accused of shooting and killing two people in Bay St. Louis a few weeks ago, now faces additional charges of attempted murder and aggravated assault. Myrick Laneaux is charged in wounding Kristina Quintini and Demetrius Mueller’s 6 month old daughter. Quintini and Mueller were found dead July 30 at Quintini’s duplex in bay pines. A call regarding their welfare sent police to the apartment and the couple was pronounced dead. The complete booking sheet on Laneaux now includes two counts of murder, a count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a count of attempted murder and a count of motor vehicle theft. Laneaux is being at the Hancock County jail held in lieu of a total of $2.85 million in bond.
