9/26 – Rob Knight’s “HOT Friday-Eve” Morning Forecast
Not much to speak of weather wise across the area as high-pressure continues to remain place. Dry conditions are expected to persist throughout the remainder of the week and into the weekend. The area of high-pressure will also continue to bring HOT…above seasonal temperatures to the Mississippi Gulf coast. Low to non-existent rain potential will also continue as the atmosphere will be suppressed by the high-pressure.
If these above seasonal temperatures continue through the end of September, more than likely the month go into the record books as the HOTTEST over the past 142 year climatological recording time frame…tied with 2016.
