Not much change to the forecast. Tropical Storm Barry is expected to make landfall near Morgan City Saturday morning as a weak hurricane. The biggest threat is for flooding rains especially in Southern Louisiana. South Mississippi will see gusty winds and passing downpours through Sunday…the latest detailed forecast below.
