12/17 Ryan’s “Misty” Monday Night Forecast

It was a little misty last night as fog moved in and we’ll see more developing later tonight. Skies stay mostly clear and the winds will remain light though the night, allowing more and more water vapor to condense out and sit as the air cools. This will lead to another night of at least patchy fog, and some ares could be locally dense. These conditions will persist until after our next front/weather-maker on Wednesday.

AROUND 0.5-1.5″ OF RAINFALL IS EXPECTED BETWEEN WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WITH THIS FRONT, AND THE COOLER AIR BEHIND WILL MAKE THE FIRST DAY OF WINTER FEEL A LITTLE MORE APPROPRIATE EVEN THOUGH WE’LL ONLY FALL INTO THE UPPER 50S FOR ONE DAY.

Afterwards the temperature will begin climbing again and we’ll be just south of 70 degrees by Christmas Eve,  so a “White Christmas” isn’t looking likely….
