3/1 – Rob’s 1st of March “Severe Threat” Forecast

With the cold front now approaching the area, a few showers and t-storms are beginning to flare up and move in from the west. The activity along the southern 6 will be minimal with less than .10″ of rain but the THREAT for SEVERE weather will continue through this evening. Main concern is STRONG WINDS and SMALL HAIL through this evening, with the weather/front moving east of the area by midnight. BREEZY conditions will continue through Thursday with a cooler/drier air mass moving in through the first part of the weekend.
