09/25 Ryan’s “Fall Weather” Friday Forecast

Friday forecast calling for seasonally appropriate weather as we head into the weekend!

It hasn’t felt fall-like much since fall began Tuesday evening, but cooler and drier air has moved in and will be firmly in place for the start of the weekend. That means we can see highs near normal, which has fallen to 86° as of today, with dry sunny weather. Today’s high will max out near 87°, rising slightly over the weekend into the upper 80s. Overnight lows cool even further, actually dropping below-normal into the mid-to-upper 60s with mostly clear skies! Not quite to jacket weather, but certainly reminding you those days aren’t far away. We’ll remain dry throughout as well, with rain chances only starting to rise as we head into the middle of next week and a front approaches.

Friday Night Forecast: As the gametime lights come on, expect the temperature to fall to near 80 or lower, with light northeasterly winds and mostly clear skies. Temperatures will fall quickly, so a light jacket/sweater/blanket might be prudent, but it won’t fall into the 60s until sunrise.
