08/25 Ryan’s “Little Cooler” Tuesday Morning Forecast

Expect it to be a little cooler today, but still hot and humid!

It was a little cooler for everyone this morning, and the good news is even the afternoon will be slightly cooler as well. By that we mean in the lower 90s, with an expected high near Gulfport of 92°. That’s still a degree above “average” for this time of year, but a noticeable drop from where our temperatures have been trending for the last few weeks which was more in the mid-to-upper 90s and quite humid. This change should keep us just below Heat Advisory criteria, but still hot enough to continue practicing your sun & heat safety if you have to spend anytime outside. Today will see a few more showers than “normal” as well, though those clouds are just starting to pop up now so we’ll have to wait for the early afternoon for any rain.
