New housing options available in Biloxi as officials cut the ribbon on Petit Bois Townhomes

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- New housing options are now available in Biloxi. Community leaders and business representatives gathered Thursday to celebrate the opening of the new Petit Bois Townhomes.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house was held at 247 Laura Lane in Biloxi in partnership with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce.

The new townhome community offers modern living spaces and is designed to provide additional housing opportunities for residents along the Coast.

Guests had the chance to tour the property, meet with developers, and learn more about the community’s amenities during the open house.

Leaders say developments like this help support Biloxi’s continued residential growth while expanding housing options for current and future residents. Heritage Management Group President Jay Carney said, “We’re Petit Bois Townhomes in Biloxi Mississippi. We’re located 10 miles from Keesler Air Force Base, about a half of mile from the beach and Edgewater Mall. We love this location and very excited to be here.
