06/25 Ryan’s “Few Showers Left” Thursday Morning Forecast

Today will be a little drier than yesterday, but we still have a few showers left this afternoon.

Yesterday was likely our wettest day of the week, but we still have a few more showers left later this afternoon before things clear up. That’ll lead to some much drier and more sunny days ahead for the end of the week and the weekend, but today will begin and end with grey skies and see at least a couple more showers and thunderstorms. Expect these to pop up in the afternoon, with a higher chance of encountering them on the eastern half of the area. Still, strong storms or problematic rain isn’t likely, but a couple heavy showers aren’t out of the question which could bring back some of those small-scale flooding issues.

For today, expect partly cloudy skies with a 30% chance of afternoon showers and a high near 90. It’ll still feel like low 100s, so continue to practice heat safety if you spend time in the sun!
