05/11 Ryan’s “Foggy Start, Stormy Evening” Monday Forecast

Noticeably foggy this morning, but later today is all about our last rainy period ahead of sunny skies for the rest of the week!

We were off to a foggy start this morning thanks to high humidity and calm conditions, but it didn’t last long after things starting warming up. Skies were still a little cloudy earlier, but will be much more so as we head into the afternoon and our next round of showers and thunderstorms starts up. Chances of severe weather are pretty low, but we are under a level 1 risk for gusting winds, hail potential, and more heavy rain that could lead to flooding. Expect this round to start as early as 2 pm, and last through sunset an into the overnight hours. At that point things will start to clear, and outside of tomorrow morning we’ll see considerable sunshine for the rest of the week.

Today’s high will climb into the low 80s despite cloudy skies, with lows lingering in the mid 60s ahead of clearer skies by Tuesday.
