Community gathers at Nativity BVM in Biloxi for St. Joseph Altar celebration

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cathedral in Biloxi welcomed the community for the tenth annual St. Joseph Altar Celebration.

Guests spent the day inside the Sacred Heart Center taking in the beautifully designed three-tiered altar honoring St. Joseph with relics, photos, symbolic offerings rooted in catholic tradition.

The event also featured a special blessing from the bishop, adding a meaningful moment to the longstanding tradition.

Visitors were even able to enjoy a complimentary spaghetti lunch, sharing food and fellowship in a celebration rooted in faith and community.
