Beer and Bacon Fest debuts in new location over the weekend

LONG BEACH, Miss. (WXXV)- An annual event that made a big move this year brought crowds to the Long Beach Town Green Friday and Saturday night.

The Gulf Coast Beer, Bacon, and Beyond Festival made the move to Long Beach this year with crowds coming out to sample unique bacon, beer, and barbecue creations in an open air setting.

Event organizers say the transition to Long Beach was a successful one and proceeds are going to benefit the Mississippi Heroes Foundation.
